We are looking for an experienced screen printer to join our team!

Beezer is a fast-growing company doing high-quality in-house screen printing and fulfillment. We work with a lot of really great artists and designers locally and nationally and a lot of the projects are creatively rewarding.

PRESS OPERATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working together with the team on getting jobs set up on our ROQ press

  • Working the print run, Loading/unloading garments, always paying attention to the print quality and screens

  • Color mixing; We work with plastisol, water-based, and discharge ink

  • Reviewing work orders and counting your shirts in

  • Attention to detail and consistency in large production runs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work on your feet for multiple hours per day

  • Prior experience working in a print shop

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to take notes and maintain an organized and clean workspace

  • Effective time management and self-accountability

  • Must be flexible and quick to adapt as team goals and daily targets change

  • Excellent multi-tasking and self-motivation

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to catch errors

PAY AND BENEFITS

  • This position is full-time with flexibility on the schedule as needed

  • Regular work hours are from Mon-Fri from 10 am - 6 pm and can vary depending on the workload.
